Funding to produce a community plan
EHDC Community planning Grant
Community planning groups can apply for funding that assists in the production of a community plan. This can be for questionnaire production, room hire, printing costs etc. It cannot be used to pay for a consultant or the purchase of equipment such as computers etc. Communities with a population over 10,000 can apply for up to £1000. Those with populations below 10,000 can apply for up to £750. This grant requires match funding.

Parish/Town Council
Contact your parish or town council to see if they are prepared to put some money towards producing a parish plan.

County Councillor Grants
Your county councillor has a £10,000 grant to spend on projects within the community. Funding has been given by county councillors in the past to help fund the production of parish plans.

Hampshire County Council Policy and Resources Fund

If you have been unable to get any money from any of the other HCC sources above, then please apply to the Policy and Resources Fund. This can be done at any time but you must prove that you have not been able to get a grant from any other Hampshire County Council Fund. Grants are awarded for up to £5000.
